Runtime can vary with the cleaning cycle, water temperature, debris load and battery condition. Fully charge the unit, clean the filter basket and water intake, then test it again in a standard cleaning mode.
Confirm that the charging adapter is connected securely and that the charging port is clean and completely dry. Inspect the port and cable for debris or visible damage before reconnecting the charger.
Remove the filter basket after each cleaning cycle, empty the debris and rinse it with clean water. Allow it to drain before reinstalling it.
Check for obstacles, loose cables, steps, drains or tight corners. Remove trapped debris from the wheels and confirm that the water intake is clear.
Reduced speed may be caused by a full filter basket, blocked intake, debris around moving parts or a low battery. Clean the robot and fully charge it before testing again.
Turn the robot off and remove it from the water. Inspect the intake and carefully remove leaves, hair or other debris. Do not use sharp tools.
Keep the charging port clean, dry and free from pool chemicals or debris. Dry the robot thoroughly before charging.
Choose a mode based on the area that needs attention, such as floor, wall or waterline cleaning. For general maintenance, start with the standard full-pool cycle.
Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled, the robot is within range and the correct network credentials are entered. Restart the app and robot, then pair again.
Wall cleaning can be affected by the surface type, algae, water chemistry or a dirty filter. Clean the walls and filter, confirm the selected mode and test again.
Inspect and rinse the filter after each cleaning cycle. Clean it more frequently when the pool contains heavy leaves, sand or fine debris.
Check that the docking area is clear and properly positioned. Remove nearby obstacles and make sure the robot has sufficient battery power.
Ensure the robot and charging contacts are clean and dry. Confirm that the dock and power adapter are connected correctly, then reposition the robot.
Confirm that waterline cleaning is selected and the filter is not full. Pool shape, surface condition, water level and algae can also affect performance.
Install the supported app, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and keep your phone near the mower. Follow the in-app pairing steps.
Place it on firm, level ground with clear access in front. Keep it away from standing water, steep slopes and narrow passages.
The rain sensor detects moisture and can pause mowing during wet conditions. Keep the sensor clean and review the rain-delay setting in the app.
Open the scheduling section in the app, select mowing days and start times, then save the schedule. Avoid watering periods or wet conditions.
Confirm that obstacle, lift and tilt detection are working. Keep sensors clean and remove toys, hoses and loose objects from the mowing area.
Start with a higher setting for long or uneven grass, then gradually reduce the height over several mowing sessions.
Remove branches, stones, toys and hoses. Fill deep holes, define restricted areas and confirm that narrow passages and slopes meet the manual requirements.
